If I want Chinese food I go here to China One. I've only been disappointed twice out of many times in their food. But the woman that works the counter is very rude. She snatched the money and instead of handing me my money back in my hand like I gave it to her in hers , she slammed it down on the counter.
The food is amazing but I'm more interested in great customer service. -

When i first walked in i noticed the dirty floor right away. Not clean at all. I ordered $54 worth of food from lo mein to several meals. My sweet and sour chicken was really gross. Probably old and frozen. Lo Mein was not good. Tasted old. Bottom line is these people aren't concerned with how food tastes. They are only concerned about selling food. I'll never come back. I regret spending $54 for everyone to eat that disgusting food.

For being the only Chinese restaurant in Dover, I think they do a good job. We usually get take out, but have eaten in as well. The staff is always polite, and there's always enough for leftovers.

My absolute favorite thing about this restraunt is you can negotiate down the price of their food, you may have to work a little for it, but they are more than willing to barter, and they seem to love it. Must be a cultural thing, most of us aren't used to in the States.
